STUDENT WRITING AND ART CONTEST
Awards will be presented on Wednesday, May 12, 2010 at the Annual Colloquium

For each Written entry, please complete and attach one application form to the front of the entry and one release form.
For each Art entry, please complete and attach two application forms, one to the front and one to the back of each work.  Please attach the release form to the back of the work.

Written entries must be submitted by February 25, 2010. Art entries must be submitted by March 25, 2010. 

Art entries will be accepted only if they have attached 2 copies of this form, one on front and  one on the back of the artwork and a release form.

FOR WRITTEN SUBMISSIONS: UPON NOTIFICATION OF WINNING STATUS, BOTH THIS INFORMATION SHEET AND THE WINNING SUBMISSION MUST BE SUBMITTED TO HGHREC VIA EMAIL TO RECEIVE THE $50 SAVINGS BOND AWARD.
